We drove to a motorsports dealer in San Antonio to take a look at the Can Am Spyder. We've been hearing a lot about it and want to get a trike in the future, so wanted to go take a look at one. Wow !
It is really nice looking...this one if the RTS model. You can also order a matching trailer to go with it and it had a ton of storage space in it. Looks to be very comfy on a long ride.
We've got it on our "wish" list for someday down the road. In the meantime we'll dream about how nice it would be on all of our upcoming sunny days off. :( For folks who like something a little more custom, they carry the Big Dog lineup of choppers. They had probably 12 different choppers, all with different paint schemes. I can appreciate the customization but they are not geared for riding long distances or for comfortably carrying a passenger. No thanks ! I think Boomer would look rather cute in the trailer for the trike...cut a little opening so he can stick his head out and put a small windshield on it to keep the bugs out of his teeth... Whatcha think ?

The Can Am's are becoming very popular. We saw a ton of them at Bike Week in Daytona. A nice alternative to traditional motorcycles.
