Dinner Out

We went out to dinner with Bobbie and Jim, to a new restaurant in South Fork called Silver Fork. Nice casual atmosphere…big open dining room.  Linda had the steak salad with Raspberry vinaigrette, which she said was really good.  Bobbie and I had the Breaded Tofu, which was so light and fluffy….very good. Jim had Buffalo Pot Roast with  mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. His meat was very, very tender and he really enjoyed it.
