Got back from Philly around 12:30 yesterday. A nice drive but took longer than I thought it would. Just chilled out for the day, unpacking and getting used to being "home". Today I washed the rig, from top to bottom. It was in the 80's today so rig dried quickly. It is so nice here at Linda's homestead. Feels like we're on a big RV site like we had in Summerdale, AL at the Escapees park (except for the part where we don't have any hook-ups). Even though we're in the middle of town and close to everything, it is quiet and peaceful. Today I looked out the window and saw two Canadian geese and 5 fuzzy babies trotting across the lawn outside. They were so cute! I guess they have taken up residence in this area although I don't know of any bodies of water near here.
Linda hopes to come home tomorrow from seeing her girls in Virginia Beach but is feeling really lousy with allergy stuff going on so not sure if she will. Will depend how she feels in the morning when she gets up. Five hours of driving can be pretty grueling when you feel like crap.
Not much else going on. Waiting for work stuff to come together so we know where we're headed to next. Until we get it figured out, we'll be hanging our hat here in Chambersburg.
